Delivery Area
We currently deliver across Karachi only.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Processing includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for dispatch.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 business days within Karachi.

Delivery Updates
You will receive WhatsApp updates on your order status. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct at the time of ordering.

Payment Method
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, and EasyPaisa. For COD orders, payment is made directly to the delivery rider upon receipt.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders within Karachi — no minimum order value required.
