We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Check Before You Pay
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their order when the delivery rider arrives. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may refuse the delivery on the spot — no questions asked.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return after delivery, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused and sealed
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order screenshot or WhatsApp confirmation)

Damaged or Leaked Parcels
If you receive a leaked or damaged parcel, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0309-1390988 and share your order details along with a photo. We will resolve the issue promptly.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp at 0309-1390988 with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days via your original payment method (cash refund for COD orders, bank transfer for advance payments).

Exceptions
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
